The event will be held April 10-12, 2025. Presentation submissions, sponsor registrations, and attendee registrations are now live. Schedules will be published after classes are confirmed, probably in March.

There are a number of creative ways that people have created online events over the last few years, but here are the key features we are planning:

  • We will be using a videoconferencing software with a chat. During the workshop, instructors will be allowed to mute all participants or unmute for qustions.
  • We will have video conference chat rooms scheduled for various parts of the event for you to drop in and meet others. These will not be recorded.
  • We will have a public page listing vendors. It is our intention to provide live sessions with vendors throughout the event via our videoconferencing software, for them to talk to potential clients and present their wares, just as if you stopped by their booth at an in person event. These will likely be publicly accessible.
  • Workshops will be recorded. Regular attendees will have a few days to watch any recordings they've missed; VIP attendees will have until April 1, 2026 to watch the videos.
  • We will have a virtual swag pack for attendees.
  • We will have a publicly available list of sponsors with links.

All sessions will be recorded. All registered users will have access to all recordings for 30 days after the event. After that, only those with VIP registrations will have access.

You can upgrade your registration at any time through the end of the conference, but pricing will change depending on how close we are to the event. Pre-registration is the least expensive option.
